LEESBURG, Virginia (November 2015) – Summit Insurance Services and Kelly Insurance is proud to announce that Vice President and agent Marji Grubic has been nominated for the 2015 Stellar Woman Award. The award is designed to recognize area women for contributions in business, support of women and community involvement.
Ms. Grubic joined Kelly Insurance in 1992 and was a Partner at the time Summit acquired the agency in 2007. She specializes in designing and implementing health and employee benefit plans for small, medium and large organizations. She has earned the Life Underwriting Training Council Fellow (LUTCF) designation as well as the Chartered Benefit Consultant (CDC) designation.
At Summit, Ms. Grubic is recognized as the in-house expert on health care reform and is a frequent speaker to a variety of organizations on PPACA. She has established a reputation for providing “Service Beyond Expectations” to not only her client base but her team members as well.

Ms. Grubic actively serves on the Anthem’s Regional and State Broker Panels, Aetna/Innovation Health’s Broker Advisory Board as well as ad hoc committees as requested. She serves on the Steering Committee for the American Red Cross fund raiser “In the Bag”. She also volunteers her time with several local PTAs as well as Herndon High School sports. She has served as the commissioner for Herndon Youth Soccer as well as Reston Youth Basketball. She is a member of St. Joseph’s Parish.
Marji will be recognized at the seventh annual Virginia Women’s Business Conference on November 20, 2015.
